1 cupboiled long grain basmati rice
1/4 cupmix vegetable chopped
1 handful cashew, raisins
1 handfulwhole garam masalas
1 pinchfood colour
1bay leaf
100 gmpaneer sliced
To tastesalt and sugar
As neededoil

Heat oil and temper bay leaf and whole garam masalas

Add vegetables and saute until it is soft
3

Add paneer and saute well
4

Now add rice,food colour, mix well adding cashew, raisins and sugar
5

Serve it with kofta curry
