  • 6eggs
  • 3onion chopped
  • 1green chilli chopped
  • 1 teaspoonmustard
  • 1 tablespoonchilli powder
  • 1 teaspoondhania powder
  • 5curry leaves chopped
  • coriander leaves handful chopped
  • 3 tablespoonoil
  • to tastesalt

10-15 min
  1. 1

    Heat oil in pan add mustard and green chilli.

  2. 2

    Add curry leaf, onion and salt saute

  3. 3

    Add chilli powder, dhania powder saute. add coriander leaves

    Keep mixing continually.
