Boil your meat and yam till tender and add 4 cups water, remove yam and put in a mortar,not all, pound add pepper,lemon grass and ground uda to the soup, add salt and stock cube, pound yam till smooth and add to it,stir and let simmer for 10mins, then add potash, and adjust for pepper and salt.
