Ingredients

60 minutes
4 servings
  1. 1kg milk used for making chhana remove water from the chhana
  2. 1&1/2cup milk powder
  3. 1 cupsugar
  4. 1&1/2cup water
  5. 1/2 cupsooji_ soaked in water then removed water
  6. As needed_ cardamom

  1. 1

    First take a plate keep ingredients systematically

    Switch on the oven add water and sugar will make sugar syrup add cardamom and keep aside

    Next first smashed chhana as much as possible for ten minutes then add milk powder smashed add sooji now mix all the ingredients will take much time and smashed with the help of the palm will make a ball

  4. 4

    Then add another pan on the oven add oil after some time add all balls fry up to red in colour and put all balls in the sugar syrup delicious gulabjamun is ready
