Ingredients

  • 3large eggs
  • 160 gramscastor sugar
  • 160 gramsself raising flour
  • Use 1/2 tsp baking powder if using all purpose flour
  • 150 gramsunsalted butter
  • Pinchsalt
  • Orange zest and orange juice of one big orange

Steps

    Weigh all your ingredients.... Bring them to room temperature if need be

  2. 2

    Preheat oven to 180 degrees C

  3. 3

    I mixed up everyone in my bowl, whisked till well blended

  4. 4

    Grease your pan and pour in your batter...grate some orange zest on top

    YiBake for 35 minutes or till ready
