1kilo white rice
Halfkilo plain flour
1plate of cooked rice
2small Onions, baking soda,salt, sugar and water
1 litreoil

Wash your white rice, soak over night

In the morning re wash and add all the ingredients above then blendo

Allow to rise in damp place for 1 hour

Then add baking soda and fry in pan specially meant for masa or make it flat on your pan
5

Can be eaten with sugar, honey, stew or sauce
