Steps

Heat the milk in a pan and boil it, add saffron thread.

Boil it till consistency change..

Add milkmaid and mix it and cook it till thickened.

As it thickened switch off the flame. And cool it down.

As it comes on room temp, add pineapple puree, or crush. I used crush.

Mix it, and keep it in the Fridge for cooling. Pineapple rabdi is ready to be served.
