Steps

Take a bowl and add boiled black gram in it. Mash the black gram roughly.

Now add chopped onion to it.

Add chopped coriander leaves.

Break bread slices in to small pieces and add to black gram mixture. Also add salt, red chilli powder and chopped green chillies.

Mix all well to make a slightly tough dough.

Make squares of this dough.

Heat oil in a pan and fry these squares in medium hot oil till golden brown.

Take these squares out of oil after frying and keep them on a paper napkin.

Serve hot with tea or any other beverage of your choice.
