Steps

Heat oil in a pan. Crackle jeera and mustard seeds in it. Add curry leaves and let it splutter.

Add chopped onions and saute till pink. Then add capsicum and carrots.

Let it cook for a minute on low flame. Then add blanched peas and chopped tomatoes

Add salt and let it cook for few minutes. Put in red chilli powder, garam masala and boiled pasta.

Give a good mix and serve it hot with chopped coriander.
