Steps

Combine all the ingredients of papad and mix well.

Add water and knead a semi soft dough.

Roll out big thin chapati and cut with lid of small jar.

Deep fry them until golden in colour. Drain excess oil using a paper towel.

Sprinkle red chilli powder, black salt and chat masala.
- 6
Store in airtight container and serve with tea.
