We do this as a snack and serve during festive seasons or any other event, it accommodates all people
Steps

Squeeze lemon into the flour and mix

Add water bit by bit to acquire a medium dough consistency

Divide the dough into small balls

Roll the balls into round shapes

Apply some oil all over the upper side of the round shapes
- 6
Sprinkle some flour on top

Pile the round shapes together, the oily part facing up

Roll the pile into one big round shape

Cut it into two halves and cut off the sides to get the shapes below

Heat pan under medium heat and dry roast the sides as you pull off the thin layers, do that alternating the sides as you pull off the layers until all the layers are separated

This is what you come up with

Make samosa pockets from the thin layers and fill in the contents

This is what I cooked for my vegetarian recipe (fried green grams and Irish potatoes)

To help close up the samosa pockets, make a flour paste (flour plus water) it acts as glue.
