Ingredients

  • 1 bowlvermicelli
  • 2onion
  • 1green chilli
  • 1-2potato
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsphaldi powder
  • 2 tsplemon juice
  • 1/2 tspajwain
  • to tastesalt
  • as neededoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Put vermicelli in a work and roast it

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a wok add ajwain,green chilli and chopped onion and saute it,

  3. 3

    Now add potato sliced and salt,cook untill soft the potatoes.

  4. 4

    Add spices and roasted vermecilli and somw water cook till soft the vermecilli.

  5. 5

    Add lemon juice and serve hot
