Steps

Wash and clean the methi leaves.

Heat oil in a wok add cumin and red dry chilli when crackle add haldi,red chilli and roast it.

Now add salt,methi leaves and potatoes mix it well.

Cover and cook on low flame for 15 minutes.

Add garam masala and mango powder.

Yummy aloo methi sabji is ready
