Peel the potatoes and cut them into tiny pieces

In a separate bowl, put your potatoes, cut in your onions, pepper, coriander, ginger and garlic.

Mix all these together add a pinch of Salt, mix then add the self rising flour and the gram flour and mix. You should have a thick mixture.

Let the mixture sit for at least 20 minutes.

In a pan of oil measure scoops and cook till slightly brown.

Boil the pork for at least 25 minutes

Transfer to a pan and cook on low heat giving it a few minutes to become crunchy

Add your onions, tomatoes and any spice (optional)

Give it a good mix and let it cook till the tomatoes are done.

Serve with a cold drink and enjoy your meal.
