Steps

Take two eggs. Break them into the a bowl.

Then mix chopped onions, chopped green chilli in it

Now mix red chilli powde and salt in it and mix it well

Now put Desi ghee and egg solution on tava spread it on tava

Now put bread slice on it and then turn the half fried side of omelette and cover the bread

Now put one more slice and cook it till it shows golden brown colour and turn for one more time.

Now it is ready to serve. Eat it with tomato ketchup
