First heat the big size pan add milk reduce it till thick consistency,keep aside.

Heat the kadhai add ghee put grated carrot saute them 5to7 min add rabdi and dry fruits saute them.Now add sugar saute it until cook well.lastely add cardamom turn off the gass to cool downs. Now make the laddu. Now make carrot shot.
