Steps

Sieve 2 cups flour in a bowl and a pinch of salt and a little baking powder, Maggie & curry.

Add 3Tbsp of oil, butter. mix until well combined with the flour, Add warm water to d mixture to form a dough add extra flour if it is sticky.
knead until soft.

Place back in a bowl and cover for 10 minutes while u make the fillings.

In a shallow pan Add chopped onions to 2 tbsp of oil fry till translucent, Add mince meat, attarugu, curry, and boiled potatoes and carrots. Add Maggie and salt to desired taste and cook until the water is dry.

Add garlic, ginger, chopped parsley and black pepper powder (0ptional).

To get the creamy, moist and watery meat pie filling add two tsp of cornflour to a little water or flour and add to the fillings and stir for a minute.

Cut the dough into 12, make balls. Flatten the balls with a rolling pin, place the fillings and close, chrimp them to your preference.
Fry in hot oil, until golden brown.
Serve.
