This is a very tasty snack,soft inside and crunchy outside....easy to prepare...
Steps

Cut plantain into 2 frm middle and slice thin slices of it....take a bowl and mix maida, rice flour,salt,sugar,turmeric and blk sesame....(here u can add rice flour as per ur preference for crispiness)

Pour water and make dosa batter like consistency....dip each slices in batter and deep fry in oil.... flip over other side and cook....drain on paper towel and enjoy
