First wash,peel and chop onion, tomato n green chilli..shred cheese and keep aside

Take a non stick pan and heat clarified butter/ghee..saute chopped onion till translucent..add chopped tomatoes,green chilli,peas and cook till tomatoes get soft..Add salt,pepper and turmeric powder(add turmeric powder with very tight hand in this veggie other wise colour of dish will be darker)..add grated cheese(a spoon of grated cheese keep aside fo' garnishing) and give a good stir so that masala incorporate with cheese well

Cook fo' about 2-3minutes on slow heat..mix chopped coriander leaves(keep aside few coriander leaves fo' garnishing)..add garam masala, mix and flame off

Yo'r "cheese bhurji" is done

Transfer into a serving plate or a bowl..garnish with grated white cheese and coriander /cilantro leaves on top

Serve hot with chapatti or naan
