1/2 cupgrated beetroot
1cucumber chopped
1/2 inchginger grated
to tasteSalt and pepper
Lemon juice half teaspoon

1

First place grated beetroot in a broad vessel then add chopped cucumber mix well then add grated ginger salt pepper and mix well. Finally add lemon juice mix well and rest it for fifteen min before you serve.
