First of all u have need to do is to set the consistency of hung curd by adding milk in it(fo' making hung curd pour fermentated curd in a muslin cloth and hang with a tap by giving knot to the muslin cloth or hung with curd sieve..then add powder sugar, black salt, freshly ground black pepper powder, chat masala, roasted cumin powder and give a good mix to well incorporate the whole spice in the curd..keep the spice curd fo' about one hour in fridge to be chilled

Take bread slices and trim the edges of bread slices with the help of a knife or a scissor ✂️..take a bread slice, get wet the slice by parcially dipping in a bowl of milk then squeeze it by pressing in both of yo'r palms(don't dip the slices in milk bowl completely other wise will be difficult to hold and squeeze)

Put a spoon of sliced dry fruits on the wet bread slice then fold and press gently and give the shape of a round or oval shape bhalla

Yo'r dry fruits stuffed bread bhallas r ready..keep in fridge fo' atleast one hour to chill

Take a plate set 2bhallas in the middle.. Pour spiced hung curd over bhallas then sprinkle a pinch of cumin powder and chat masala then green and red chuttney on top

Serve immediately befo' loosing it's shape and texture

😊coriander/cilantro leaves garnishing is recomended (optional)
