Carrot candy is very easy dish and that u make especially in winter it's my mom recipe with less indgridents and awesome in taste .u can store 15-20 days in air tight container.

1/2 kgcarrot
1 tbspcardamom powder
Dry fruits
2.5sugar
Desiccated coconut

Steps

Cook-10 -15min

Take carrot wash and peel properly now cut in 1 inch thickness and let it dry for 1 hr.

Take pan add sugar and 2 cup water let it boil and make 1 thread consistency sugar.

Add carrot and let it cook 6-7min now add cardamom powder,dry fruits and desiccated coconut.

Let it cool and store in air tight container till 15 days.
