  2. 5knoor cube
  3. 2 cupsveg oil
  4. 5bulb onions
  5. 1 litremeat stock
  6. 8 pcsscotch bonnet
  7. 2satchet kitchen glory
  8. 8 PCstattase
  9. 1/2tspn jollof rice spices
  10. 1 tbspngarlic & ginger paste
  11. 10 pcsfresh tomatoes
  12. 3 tbspncurry & thyme
  13. 10 pcscarrot
  14. Green beans & green pepper
  15. Scarllion
  16. Mix spices
  17. Peas optional
  18. to tasteSalt
  19. 6 pcsbay leave
  20. 1 tintomatoe
  21. Water as require

Steps

    Parboil the rice with salt for about 15mins,wash it and set it in colander.

  2. 2

    Blend your scotch bonnets, tattase,tomatoes,1onion, Then boil it to drain up the water and set it aside.

    Heat up your oil,slice 2onions and fry.

  4. 4

    Add in ginger and garlic paste, add in your boiled blended pepper and continue to fry.

  5. 5

    Mix the tin tomato with lil water and add in. fry till dry

  6. 6

    Add in all your seasoning, meat stock,bay leave.

  7. 7

    Add enough water that will cook your rice till boil.

  8. 8

    Add in your rice stir it and cover it till done

  9. 9

    At this stage add in your chopped carrot,green pepper, scallion,green beans,slice the remaining 2onions. Cover it and let it steam for about 5mins and enjoy.

    Note.. The reason why I didn't give the quantity of water is rice is of different type. Is not most to perboild the rice you can just wash it with warm water and salt
