In a bowl add 2cups flour 1/2tsp salt 2tbsp veg oil

For the sauce dice your potatoes, into cubes,and boil the potatoes and slice the cabbage,onion and scotch bonnet

Pre heat your pan and onions an scotch bonnet to fry for 2_3mins

Add the cabbage, potatoes and species and allow to cook for 2_3min

Serve with chilled drink of your choice
