Ingredients

  1. 3/4 cupssugar
  2. 1/2 tspsalt
  3. 1 tspground cinnamon
  4. 1/2 tspground ginger
  5. 1/4 tspground cloves
  6. 2large eggs
  7. 1 can (15 oz)Pure Pumpkin
  8. 1 (12 oz)can evaporated milk
  9. 1unbaked deep-dish pie shell

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix sugar, salt, cinnamon, ginger, and cloves in small bowl. Beat eggs in large bowl. Stir in pumpkin and sugar-spice mixture.

    Pour into pie shell

  3. 3

    Bake in preheated 425 degree F oven for 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350 degrees F; bake 40-50 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack for 2 hours
