Ingredients

  • 175 gdouble cream
  • 115 gmilk
  • 85 gcaster sugar
  • vanilla
  • 6egg yolks

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat the cream, milk , sugar and vanilla together

  2. 2

    Mix this into the egg yolks really well then pass

  3. 3

    Let the mix stand for 5 minutes then skim off any impurities

  4. 4

    Bake for 50 minutes at 100*
