Ingredients

  • 2 cupsbesan
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 2 cupsghee
  • as requiredDry fruit roasted
  • 1 tspCardamom

Steps

  1. 1

    Add ghee in besan and mix well now sieve it and put it for 15 mins.

  2. 2

    Make 1 string sugar syrup and add besan and ghee and mix it well.

  3. 3

    Prepare a ghee thali and put the mixture and dryfruits add cardamom powder.

  4. 4

    After half an hour cut into pieces and enjoy gujrati sweet dish.
