Ingredients

  • 250 gmsgrated gobhi(only flower)
  • 1 tspelaichi powder
  • 1 tbspGhee
  • As needed Fried dry fruits to garnish
  • 1 1/2 ltrMilk
  • 6-7 tbspsugar

Steps

  1. 1

    In a sauce pan add milk and allow it to thicken with constant stirring

  2. 2

    In a kadhai add ghee and heat add grated cauliflower with cardamom powder and saute till colour changes

  3. 3

    Add this to milk with sugar and keep stiring

  4. 4

    Add fried dry fruits

  5. 5

    Serve cool or hot
