Yummy yam and egg sauce for my family lunch.
Steps

Slice raw yam into 10pieces round for 3people. Put pinch of salt and boil for 10minutes.

200naira tomatoes to slice into small sizes,also slice (3pieces of pepper, 2small onions).

After boiling yam, put your small pot on fire for 2seconds to dry off the water in it. Pour little quantity of groundnut oil and cook for 2seconds. Put pinch of salt and onion with your sliced tomatoes.

Allow to cook for 15minutes then add knoor maggi, curry, pepper, salt. Stir and cook for 5muintes. Add your raw egg which is already stired well with pinch of salt into the sauce. And carry the pot down.
