Steps

Firstly wash the baingan and make a cut between but don't seprate them.

Then peel off the baingan amd mashed it.

Cut onions and tomatoes finely.

Take a wok add oil heat it and add green chillies.

Add onions,tomatoes and saute it for 2 min.

Add all spices in it and saute for 6 to 7 min.

Add roasted baingan in it and mix well.

Now cook for 2 min.

Serve it hot.
