Ingredients

  • Baguette or burger buns
  • Butter/Olive oil
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Chopped tomatoes, avocado, parsley

Steps

  1. 1

    Slice the bread into two, spread butter or olive oil, sprinkle some salt.

    Place on a baking tray, top with the cheese and place in the oven for 5-7 minutes; just for the cheese to melt.

    Meanwhile, mix the tomatoes with avocado & parsley, add some salt, olive oil and black pepper.

  4. 4

    Remove the bread from oven & top with the salsa,add a little cheese and place back in oven until cheese melt.

    Can be served along side pasta dishes

    Voila!
