Immediately transfer into small serving bowls(other wise thin crust of malai will be formed on pan, when we pour in the serving bowl it will break and lumpy texture would formed)..we have to form thin layer of malai over serving bowl that look very nice and tempting
- 6
Garnish with sliced almonds, pistachios and a small cherry slice in the centre..keep in fridge for at about 2-3 hours(acc. to weather) to set and chilled..don't freeze it
- 7
Keep out of refrigerator and serve gorgeous creamy custard pudding

If you want chilled pudding quick then keep in fridger for about 1 hour minimum
