1 cup sama flour
1/2 tspblack pepper
2 tbsp oil for moyan +for shallow fry
to tasteSalt

Take flour in bowl mix all ingredients now add water little at a time to make soft dough
2

Heat Tawa add oil and take dough on it and flat with hand like bhakri cook one side flip it and cook second side apply oil to get crispy texture.
