My easy and quick method—perfect as a side with any dish, and a lifesaver when you’re in a hurry. You know my motto: the best way in the shortest time! ♥️🤗👍

Finely chop the onion, bell pepper, and garlic. Mix them well with the ground beef. Add the spices and soy sauce, and mix until it forms a dough-like mixture.

Shape the mixture into thick finger-shaped logs. Arrange them on a baking tray. Place the tray over high heat, spreading the butter around the kofta logs. Gently turn them to brown on all sides, as they may stick a little. Drizzle lemon juice over them.

Add 1 cup of water (about 240 ml), preheat the oven to high, and place the tray on the lower rack until the water is absorbed. They cook quickly, but you can add more water if needed (though this is rare). You can also cook them entirely on the stovetop if you prefer. Enjoy! 💜
