Ingredients

  • 1 kgpeas
  • 2 kgIrish potatoes
  • Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil peas for about an hour till well done

  2. 2

    Peel potatoes and clean them

  3. 3

    Put in a clean sufuria, add your precooked peas,water and salt to taste

  4. 4

    Once potatoes are well done

  5. 5

    Remove excess water

  6. 6

    Mash till well done

  7. 7

    Serve with veggies of choice
