  1. Fresh fish
  2. Snail
  3. Okro
  4. Crayfish
  5. Perewinkle
  6. Salt) seasoning
  7. Onions
  8. Pepper
  9. Dry bitterleave

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash snail and fish clean, season and Steam with onions, pepper, Maggi, salt till cooked enough

  2. 2

    Grate okro and then Add crayfish, a little more water, put in the okro and perewinkle, dry bitterleave and allow to cook till well enough.

  3. 3

    Serve with preferred swallow 💃
