In pan add mustard oil along with green chilli, cumin seeds and asafoetida.

Add chopped tomatoes along all dry masala and cook it nicely

Add chopped mushrooms and carrots and cooked it nicely till it's tender dont use water because mushroom itself contains water

As your veggie are cooked add lemon juice or amchur powder
- 5
Ready to serve
