Steps

Add oil in non stick pan, put Finely chopped onions, green peas, carrot and cook until onions become brown,

Add Haldi, Deggi mirchi, Dhaniaya powder, tomato puree, SALT and cook until oil leaves masala.

Add 1 spoon of Malai on slow flame, and mix well

Add DICE onions

Add milk and mix it, on slow flame
- 6
Add kasuri methi
- 7
Add PANEER CUBES
- 8
Mix it with gentle hands, cook for 5 mints, serve hot with Roti or Nan
