10 pcsriped tomatoes
5 pcslarge sweet pepper
2 pchot pepper
Qrt litre oil, any meat or combo of meat and fish w
Maggi
Spices

Wash your tomatoes, peppers, onions and blend

Put your oil on fire when hot, put the blended tomato and your meat, fish or chicken or whatever you have
3

Allow it to simmer
4

Add maggi and salt.
5

Keep turning till your oil comes on top and it smeĺls good
6

Serve with any kind of rice
