Ingredients

40mins
  • 2 cupsrice
  • 4 cupshot water
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1/4 tspsugar
  • 3large Carrots
  • 2onions
  • Oil

Steps

40mins
  1. 1

    Wash your rice and set aside.

  2. 2

    In a pan, sautee diced onions.

  3. 3

    Add in the rice and mix well with the onions.

    Let cook for 30 minutes on low heat, & grate your carrots

    Add in the carrots and turn using a knife then cover and put off the gas.

  6. 6

    Serve as you wish and enjoy.
