Soak rice and urad daal for 6 hours. soak poha separately.

Grind to smooth batter add salt and keep it overnight for fermentation.

Grind onion, tomato, red chillies and salt coarsely. keep this khara chutney aside. can season chutney or can use as it is.

Spread dosa on tawa

Keep flame in medium and spread khara chutney on dosa

Spread ghee on dosa
- 7
Roast. flip dosa apply ghee.

Serve hot.
