Almond Vanilla Cake

Beat butter nicely. Add sugar in it. Beat again.

In this add egg one by one. Beat nicely. Add essence and mix it.

Sift all purpose flour with baking powder thrice.

Fold it in the creamy batter with light hands using cut and fold method.

Mix 1 tbsp chopped almonds in the batter.

Pour in a greased mould and bake on 180•c for 30 min or till top turns brown. Sprinkle remaining almonds on top of batter before baking.

Test with a needle. Cool & cut.
