Clean puffed rice. Take a big Kadhai. Add oil. Heat. Add rai. Let it splutter. Add groundnuts. Fry till they are cooked. Add curry Pata. Add puffed rice. Add salt, red chilly powder and turmeric powder.

Cook it on low flame. Keep stirring. Keep mixing. Cook till puffed rice Are crisp. It takes around 15 min on low flame. Cool and store in an airtight container.
