Take a pan add oil in it once oil become hot add urad dal and fry till it brown add ginger chopped and fry

Once ginger fry add 4-5 sabut laal mirch and fry till mirch change it's colour now add tomato and cook it for 10- 12 min and after that add salt to taste and it tomato is cooked then take it out in another bowl so that it can cool down

Once it cool grind it with the grinder

Now prepare tempering now take a pan add oil one oil heat add hing rai and methi Dana once it done add laal mirch and fry and last add curry patta and spread that tempering to the chutney and enjoy with the dosa or idly
