Steps

Firstly, chop Sarso saag & palak.

Wash it two or three times very well.

Now put in pressure cooker& mix one tbs. Salt and boil it till four whistle.

Now put it two hours & crushed it in grinder or beat with wooden stick

Now take a fry pan put ghee and Saute garlic & ginger paste and coriander powder.

Now chopped onion & tomato, green chilli and Satue it acc. To ur taste.

Now mix beat saag and put it slow flame for ten min.

Sarso ka saag is ready. Serve it with makki ki roti or wheat roti.
