Cut and wash clean the meat and put it in a pan

Add water to cover the meat and put to boil with salt and pounded garlic for 20minutes

Prepare and wash your groceries and potatoes

Add cut capsicum and onions, leave it to boil for 5minutes

Add potatoes and let it cook for 10 minutes

Add cut tomatoes, hot pepper and tumeric, let it cook for 10minutes

Add cut coriander and let it simmer for 3 minutes
