Steps

Peel and wash taro root and slice. Take a pan and heat oil in it. Add fenugreek seeds, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder to oil.

Put sliced taro root in it and mix well.

Cover with lid and cook it for 10 mins. Then remove lid and add chopped onions to it and mix well.

Cook it for another 10 mins on medium low flame till it roasted to crisp.

Serve hot with roti or naan.
