Plantain is a rich source of potassium, plantain helps to prevent heart attack and hypertension. The fiber contained in it also helps in reducing cholesterol level; thus reducing the risk of heart disease.

Steps

On a medium heat place your cooking pot to add 2 cooking spoon of Palm oil heat for 2mints.

Add onion, Cray fish, pepper and garlic past to the hot Palm oil,stire fry for 3mints.

Add 2cups of warm water to your pot of fried pepper and add your desirable seasonings (maggi cubes, salt, curry powder, thyme etc)

Allow to boil for 3mints

In a separate bowl pill and cut your plantain to your desirable shapes and keep aside.

Add slized plantain to your cooking pot, add dried fish,and allow to cook till soft and tender.

Mash stire your plantain when soft and tender and add your vegetable with a cute of maggi seasoning, lower your heat to steam the vegetable for 3mints...

Serve hot with any healthy juice (sobo, kunun ayya, ginger juice e.t.c)...
