Heat ghee and oil add cumin seed bay leaf and whole garam masalas

Add onion and ginger garlic paste

Saute well till it is brown

Now add the veggies and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder

Add the tomatoes saute well adding red chilli Powder

Add paneer and mix well

Add sugar and mix well

Now cover it with rice and sprinkle ghee, biryani masala powder and Kesar soaked milk

Keep it on low heat for 10-15 minutes

Serve hot with raita
