Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgdengu(yellow)
  2. 1large onion
  3. 3tomatoes
  4. 1 tsptomatoe paste
  5. 1 tspgarlic paste
  6. Dhania
  7. Salt to tase
  8. 1 tspgram masala
  9. 2chillies(optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil dengu and set aside

    A picture of step 1 of Dengu curry.
  2. 2

    In aseparate sufuria add oil and saute onions and garlic

  3. 3

    Add tomatoes,tomato paste and gram masala cook for 2min and add boiled dengu

  4. 4

    Stir and add salt and ¼cup of water cover with a lid and cook for another 5mins then add chopped dania
